Psychology,
RelationshipsI have a few different theories on why relationships don’t work out. I can’t say I’m an expert in the field, considering I was a late bloomer in the dating field. Nonetheless, I’m good at observing people, and how they interact, and through that, along with what little experience I have, I’ve come up with some interesting conclusions. So read through them, and let me know what your thoughts are.

I was reading Linda Goodman’s book of sun signs where I found this interesting chapter. It talked about the personality traits of a person based on the name. It said that your name reveals interesting dimensions of your character, special traits, & qualities. It is not just a juxtaposition of alphabets in random order but a meaningful projection of your personality. The First & Last letter of your name defines you best.

Guilt got you feeling down?
Guilt is one of the 10 Negative Emotions that I mentioned in my earlier posts. Everyone feels it at one time or another, you shouldn’t fight it, but you can appreciate it.
Guilt stems from a person violating one of their personal standards, and acts as a reminder that you’ve done something that you don’t believe in. Typically, a person will deny their guilt, and convince themselves that the feeling doesn’t exist, or that they have no reason to feel such a way. Such an approach can create a negative cycle were you continue to commit the action that makes you feel guilty. The most common cause of GUILT is rudeness.

I recently came across an interesting blog by Derek Sivers, which talks about why you should NOT talk about your goals.
All this time I thought the opposite was true. According to Derek Sivers, “tests done since 1933 show that people who talk about their intentions are less likely to make them happen.
Announcing your plans to others satisfies your self-identity just enough that you’re less motivated to do the hard work needed. ”

People are constantly observing you. They are judging you by your actions, the way you talk, the way you walk, the way you dress. What you reflect on the outside, can sometimes be more beneficial, or even, detrimental, to you’re position in society, than who you are on the inside. You could almost say, life is your stage, and you’re the actor. The better you play the role, the better ratings you’ll get from the critics, or in this case, society.

Self HelpAn emotion is a state of mind which involves feelings, thoughts, and behavior.
More on What is an Emotion?
“Every feeling you have good OR bad is not based on actual reality of life, but rather your interpretation as to what things mean. Remember, nothing in life has any meaning except the meaning you give it. So if you don’t like the way you feel about your life .. CHANGE the meaning!”

All in all, there are 10 negative master emotions as stated by Anthony Robbins

Do you want to learn to communicate better in your relationship? If so, here are some tips to help you verbally connect with a spouse, significant other, or anyone else important in your life.
1. Listen
Stop, close your mouth, and listen. Living in a fast-paced world, all too often we forget to take the time to listen to what people are saying to us. Take the time to genuinely listen to what the other person has to say, through their words, and body language. People can pick up on when you’re “faking it”
And make sure to communicate after listening
(step #5 ).

RelationshipsWe attract those people who are of similar maturity level to our own. If we find ourselves always surrounded by immature people, then there needs to be a change in our environment in order to grow and mature. We are never the same from inside, as we are outside in terms of maturity. There are different stages of life. We are at cross roads when we hit those rough spots, which stops us to grow or pay attention to life’s valuable lessons mentally. So a person’s maturity level can never be determined by his biological growth. Maturity is a very important vehicle in establishing a successful relationship. Below are 3 basic types of relationships based on person’s maturity level.

LIFE is YOURS, what are YOU doing with it?
A vision board is a powerful visualization tool that activates the universal law of attraction to begin manifesting your dreams into reality. It’s a visual representation of all your desires you want now in your life.
In simple terms, its just a poster/foam board with a lot of pictures on it. It is a collage of pictures/paintings which you would like to have, be, and like in your life. It is also called the “wish board”, “dream board”, and “success board.”

Psychology
All the problems can be broadly divided into 3 categories:
BIOLOGY
When I say biology, I am talking about the biology of the mind and not the physical body. These are the problems related to the PHYSICAL resources inside. These mind problems can be cured by the medicines or technology.
PSYCHOLOGY
These are the problems which are related to the mental/cultural resources inside. These can be cured by therapy and education.
STRESS
These are the problems coming from outside word. These are the negative energies from outside trying to get into your mind and overcome the positive energy within you.
